Nadine is extremely knowledgable about the area and the local market, and was able to show us a number of homes before they were on the market. Nadine went above and beyond in helping us prepare to move out of our house for staging and listing, including helping us to secure storage space, movers, and contractors to prepare the house. We had a tough time finding a mover due to a short timeline, and she called several movers and met them at our home for estimates. (I was starting a new job at the time and I would not have been able to do all the research and prep on my own!) She worked with an excellent stager who staged our house beautifully. Nadine advised on a list price and we were happy to sell well above that price. We had offers in about a week and closed in 14 days.
